They aim at offering this to lots of people as an alternative way to better their lives so that they may not end up being failures in life. Skills are taught to them and much insight is given. This has been a good effort put by the government. Due to the increased manpower, overall production is increased as there are more people working to raise the economy. This is because the world is becoming digital and it is important that individuals are taught how to catch up with the changing times. This is in contrast with the olden days where individuals were mainly trained to be factory workers which was the perceived career path for those that have not attended college.
These learning institutions are not the same. Though they serve the same purpose of transforming individuals, they unction on different grounds. They are not located in the same setting, their management is very different and they all are independent. One is supposed to select the one which best serves their purpose in life.
A good characteristic of these schools is that admission is done at any time of the year when request is done. Students are allowed to walk in and out of these institutions at their own pleasure and the environment is majorly kept warm. This is in a bid to avoid putting much pressure on these students since they generally are slow learners and education is not their favorite thing to pursue.
Individuals are not supposed to be looked down upon because they joined these types of institutions. This is because there are very many situations which may make one become a drop out. It may have been due to financial constraints, early pregnancy or some form of disability. The society is not supposed to view them as any less of qualified persons.
