A look at practitioner in this field highlights a common day of a coach, who shared her daily program at her job. She is supposed to be in her work station by half past six early in the morning, the board informs them the horse they will riding that day by seven in the morning. Each horse is scheduled for fewer than three canters. This is courtesy of the rating of the racehorse. The morning stable session is over by noon and the second session commences by three oclock in the evening. Racehorse training needs no specific training to venture this lucrative fun filled field profession. For anyone above nineteen years no need college training. For underage enthusiasts it is compulsory for admission into a college to acquire a Level two diploma. The normal horse riding is a prerequisite for this job but riding racehorses is complex in terms of technicalities and styles. The training requires teamwork but individual racing is critical to enhance abrupt decision making when needed. Passion and dedication are critical in the field; the job has been defined tagged as taxing, a trainer needs to work on weekends and long hours.

The coach is faced with a number of job risks, apart from the glittering and fun face of this job. This includes, Low earning in dollars per year as has been pointed by the Bureau of Labor statistics, and the bureau found the earning to range between sixteen thousand dollars and fifty-three US dollars. The sector is lowly ranked when compared with other economy sectors.

Secondly, the job is physically taxing; the job is muscular, from bending, climbing, riding on a horse bark, the running thrill. The horse tutor is tasked with feeding, cleanliness program and grooming of all the horses under their care. This is usually a source of fatigue and why this job is termed as physically demanding.

The third shortcoming of this job is the risks of associated injuries; the horses are either frightened or aggressive animal. The horse is large to a trainer, hence causing an injury with minimal effort. When provoked the horse turns violent, the instructor risks being bitten, being kicked or being tramped on. This is why it has been concluded the expertise in the field, run highest risk to injury and death than workers in other varied industries.

The ever-changing design of this job is a disadvantage by itself. This is an unpredictable job, handling different animals, under different conditions and with different states of health makes it more complex. The state of the animal will dictate its behavior and is responsible of unruly nature of these animals.
