Kepp the dominant foot slightly behind from your back so there will be enough momentum when you plan to kick a foot towards the opponent. Tensing up the abdominal muscles is important. However, it should not inhibit movement or breathing.

Becoming proficient in this discipline will take such time. Just like other sports, it will take some time to become a master and effective in the ring. Patience and determination is needed when working with the trainer.
