As long as these boulders are not too large, children can scramble over them without getting hurt. The boulders should not be wet so that individuals will not slip and fall.

Fitness will be the ultimate goal of this activity. Kids in America these days are out of shape, and they generally need encouragement to slim down. The heart and lungs will benefit from regular physical activity.
