Adventure Racing Competition Done By Ips Of Sony

By Rob Sutter

People who play video games on a normal basis are not going to be the ones who will deny that Nintendo characters aren't well-known. I think anyone can tell you about the classic names that people grew up with on their consoles, since they've been around for a long time. Sony has created a few original IPs as well and they have been seen on many a Sony platform. These characters are unique as well and, to me, stand a great chance of thriving in adventure racing competition.

If you look at a good number of personalities who are exclusive to Sony console, you will most likely see ones which possess more human-like traits. They look very much like people we'd see on the streets every single day, which makes them more relatable in my mind. Yes, you'll always have creations which are centered in fantasy but it's almost like the ones who look like anyone else could exist in the real world. I believe that sense of realism deserves to be noted.

When it comes to characters who are as rooted in realism as one could imagine, Nathan Drake from "Uncharted" and Cole MacGrath from "inFamous" are two which deserve to be mentioned. While Drake is a treasure hunter and MacGrath is a hero - or villain, if you prefer - of Empire City, it seems like they have their own qualities to talk about. Both of them can be stubborn at times, which ultimately allows them to be more flawed. Sometimes imperfections in characters can do a lot for such IPs.

When it comes to the act of adventure racing competition, I can't help but feel as though these personalities are able to edge out as well. The reason that I say this is because of just how fast they are able to move despite being realistic characters. You have such characters as Drake who is able to scale across chasms and run at high speeds in order to get away from those who may be pursuing him. Such physical attributes will easily come into play in events like Spartan Race.

It's clear that characters from Nintendo have gained much attention, but I can't help but feel like the ones from Sony have received very little. This is something that makes me shake my head because I can't help but feel like these personalities have their own sense of appeal. They work to tailor to the real-life capabilities of people as well as their limits. The rise and fall is something that should be seen in heroes because it makes them that much more likable.
