The type and value of the incentive is usually linked into the number of people in the party. The incentives can range from a free bed, free cabin, on board spending vouchers, free excursions and many more offers. Each cruise line is responsible for deciding on their defined incentives.

As the main contact you would be expected to collect all the passenger information required at the time of booking.
